Frequently asked questions
- Is this a subscription?
- No. You pay once for the access period you choose and it does not renew automatically. Nothing is charged when the period ends, and no card details are stored on our site.
- What is the difference between the plans?
- Only the length of access. All three unlock the same material: the full question library, practice by handbook chapter, timed mock exams, flashcards, explanations, mistake review and progress tracking.
- Which access period should I choose?
- Match it to your test date. One month suits focused revision if you have already booked, three months fits steady chapter-by-chapter study, and six months covers a longer or less certain timeline.
- Does this include the £50 official test fee?
- No. The £50 fee is paid to GOV.UK when you book the official test. BritainTest is independent practice and is not affiliated with the Home Office, so the two payments are entirely separate.
- Can I try it before paying?
- Yes. The free practice test runs 24 questions in the real format with no account and no card, so you can judge the material before you buy anything.
- What happens when my access ends?
- Access simply stops and you are not charged again. If you need more study time you can buy another period whenever you want.
